Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is the term used to describe the commitment to lifelong learning, a skill that is invaluable to all people across every segment of society.

CPD promotes ongoing learning, and the concept of 'professionalism' with the need for post-qualification educational engagement. CPD requirements can vary greatly from organisation to organisation based on both differing career and organisational objectives.

We are proud to be members of the CPD Certification Service, which is recognition that we have adopted and developed best practice principles in relation to training and continuing professional development and use appropriately qualified staff who are conversant with current trends, solutions and needs of our clients.

The CPD Certification Service provide recognised independent CPD accreditation compatible with global CPD standards.

We adhere to their Best Practice Code which requires us to ensure that our training provision is of the highest possible quality and meets your specified objectives. It also demands that we have the means and intention to maintain and improve on the high quality service that we provide.

Jon is a registered CPD Registered Presenter, and some of our training courses are separately accredited for CPD Certification. Accredited CPD training means the learning activity has reached the required CPD standards and benchmarks. The learning value has been scrutinised to ensure integrity and quality.

The importance of CPD training should never be undervalued. CPD enables learning to become conscious and proactive, rather than simply reactive to situation. The importance of CPD is to purposely enhance through a methodical and structured approach to learning.
